Designer Interiors Lands Gold Again at BIA's Sales & Marketing Awards

Troy, Michigan - For the sixth consecutive year, Designer Interiors by Mary Olk has garnered professional acclaim with top honors in three categories at the Building Industry Association of Southeast Michigan's annual Sales and Marketing Awards contest held May 18, 2005.

Designer Interiors earned the first place Gold Award in each of the three categories it entered, including: Best Interior Merchandising - Between $250,000 and $500,000 for its work on Columbia Homes' Woodberry Estates model in Macomb Township; Best Interior Merchandising - Between $500,000 and $1 million for its Cloisters community model at Moceri Companies' The Oaklands in Oakland Township; and Best Interior Merchandising - Over $1 million for the Il Casalingo model in the Moceri's Kingsridge community at The Oaklands.

Each Designer Interiors' model accentuates the home's unique character and possibilities with coordinated finishes, furnishings and accessories that appeal to the community's buyer demographics.
